Radek Zabloudil
Founder & Managing Director. Radek has been working in the HR services industry since January 2004. He worked as a recruiter, executive search consultant and assessment center designer for big recruitment agencies. He was managing recruitment teams in Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Bratislava, Kosice and Budapest. Radek also worked on several projects onsite as a RPO recruiter and delivery manager.
The idea to found Refreen had been brewing in his head for a long time; Radek was convinced that there was a space in the market for a very fast external reference check service separate from the usually cumbersome and slow background check package. He assumed that the product separated from the recruitment services would also be an advantage, as product separation would guarantee independence and strengthen the objectivity of the information provided. Refreen was founded in May 2023 and these assumptions have been fulfilled 100%.
